Jupiter wins four accolades at Fund Manager of the Year Awards 2024

A flagship event for the investment industry for nearly three decades, these awards recognize fund managers who have demonstrated consistently strong performance for investors, Investment Week said.
Jason Pidcock and Sam Konrad’s Jupiter Asian Income Fund was the winner in the Asia Pacific ex-Japan group. Avinash Vazirani and Colin Croft’s Jupiter India Select Fund topped the India category. They were supported by Investment Director Leighton Riley.
Jupiter Merian Global Equity Absolute Return topped the Absolute Return category. GEAR is run by the Systematic Equities team led by Amadeo Alentorn, and including Yuangao Liu, Matus Mrakiz, Sean Storey, James Murray, Tarun Inani and Zara Azad.
Jupiter Merlin Growth Portfolio, run by the Merlin team of John Chatfeild-Roberts, Algy Smith-Maxwell, David Lewis, Amanda Sillars and George Fox, was the winner from the Managed Flexible Investment group.
The Jupiter Financials Contingent Capital fund, run by Luca Evangelisti and his team, was shortlisted in the Specialist Bonds category in its first year of eligibility.
Jupiter UK Special Situations Fund was shortlisted in the UK All Companies category.
The funds were shortlisted based on performance, but the winners were selected by a panel of fund selectors who judged each category in their area of expertise during the judging sessions in May.
