We’re proud of our thriving Employee Networks, who are empowered and supported to choose their areas of focus and annual direction, covering Gender Equality, Ethnicity and Culture, Faith, LGBT+, Neurodiversity and Cancer Support.

Our progress is reflected in our December 2023 engagement survey where we saw a 20% increase in positive responses to the question ’I feel able to be myself at work’, now standing at 89% overall – a question which seeks to highlight how open and inclusive the working environment is for our people.

Jupiter and the menopause

A menopause working group forms a key part of Jupiter’s Gender Equality Network. The group run a monthly Menopause Café, which runs virtually and provides employees experiencing menopause or perimenopause with the opportunity to connect with others in an informal way. We were also pleased in 2023 to introduce a funded menopause plan as part of our private medical cover.

Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity

In 2024, we launched our Jupiter Neurodiversity Network. The group aims to raise awareness of neurodiversity and enhance working practices to create an inclusive environment for all of our colleagues. In early 2024, we had the pleasure of organizing our first panel discussion for our colleagues – seeing our London auditorium packed to the point of standing room only demonstrated the curiosity and empathy of our Jupiter people.
